- Mix 50 g (±2 heaped scoops) of cream of rice with 200 ml of cold water.
- Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes, or until the desired consistency
- Stir every 30 seconds.
- Mix 50 g (±2 heaped scoops) of cream of rice with 200 ml of cold water in a pot over high heat.
- Bring to the boil and simmer for 2 minutes, or until reaching the desired consistency.
- To enjoy cream of rice with added protein, mix one full serving of any nutritech protein after cream of rice has been made.
- For added crunch and decadence, stir in a handful of walnuts, a dollop of honey and a generous helping of fresh blueberries.
