NPL’s Creatine Monohydrate provides the purest, most readily absorbed form of creatine available. Creatine is stored as phosphocreatine in the muscle tissue and provides energy for muscular contractions. Studies on creatine have shown it to be effective in increasing strength, power, and endurance. Creatine supplementation has also shown to buffer lactic acid build up during training allowing you to train harder for longer.

Mix 1 rounded scoop (approx. 5g) with 150-250ml of cold water or favourite sports drink 1-3 times per day. On training days, consume before and directly after a workout. On non-training days, consume 2 servings 6-12 hours apart.

- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- Orders are not delivered on weekends or holidays.
- Orders are packed between 6pm & 7am daily.
- Orders are dispatched at ~8am daily.
Shipping Rates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- We only Ship to your address and do not use P.O. Boxes.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 3 hours.
Damaged or Missing Shipments
- If you receive damaged products or your order goes missing. We will replace your order and ensure that you recieve what you ordered, in good condition.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
How to Return your Order

- We will book a courier to collect the parcel from you within 2 days.
- Once the item is returned, your refund or exchange will be processed.
