NUTRITECH CREATINE MONO has been designed to increase the production of energy that enables muscles to perform at a higher intensity. The more energy your muscles store, the better they can perform in events requiring intense immediate energy.
Directions
- Mix 1 flat scoop with water or beverage of choice in a shaker.
- Take 2 to 3 servings per day, evenly spaced, on an empty stomach.
- After 8 weeks of continued use take 1 week off and start cycle again.
Maintenance Cycle
- Week 1 (Loading Phase) - Take 20g per day
- Week 2-5 (Maintenance Phase) - Take 10-15g per day
- week 6 (Off) - Don't take anything, take a break
- Repeat Cycle

- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

- We only Ship to your address and do not use P.O. Boxes.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 3 hours.
Damaged or Missing Shipments
- If you receive damaged products or your order goes missing. We will replace your order and ensure that you recieve what you ordered, in good condition.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
How to Return your Order
- Email your return request to info@legionhealth.co.za
- We will book a courier to collect the parcel from you within 2 days.
- Once the item is returned, your refund or exchange will be processed.
